Overview
Executing communication and adaptation projects for European markets under the guidance of your supervisor
Building and maintaining good relations with the client
Preparing client presentations, schedules, and project summaries
Ensuring high quality and timeliness of completed tasks
Working closely with other agency departments such as production
Supporting the supervisor in administrative tasks on ongoing projects on selected categories
Qualifications
Experience in a customer service or marketing department
Organizational and task prioritization skills
Responsibility for assigned tasks
Ability to easily establish contact and build a long‑term relationship with the client
Conscientiousness and commitment to projects
Excellent time and work organization skills
Very good verbal and written English and Polish language skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to easily learn and operate new programs and platforms
