As a HRSD Workforce Administration Coordinator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Supporting all EMEA countries in terms of HR processes from system and administrative perspective
Executing HR processes in line with global standards, legal requirements, and country‑specific policies and procedures
Ensuring the accuracy of data updates in all HR systems.
Providing active support for employees, managers, and HR departments in personnel administration activities
Completing transactions in accordance with established procedures, regulations, and agreed SLAs, while maintaining high standards of timeliness and quality
Delivering clear answers, solutions, and recommendations on HR process and procedure inquiries
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3 M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of work experience in HR
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday, Salesforce, and GWN
Fluency in Italian (B2–C1) and English (minimum B2)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect workforce data
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Strong standards of work in accuracy, timeliness, and quality
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Knowledge of Dutch (minimum B2)
Manifest outstanding standards of work in relation to: timeliness, accuracy and quality
Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Work Your Way: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week/ 8 days per month in office
