For our Service Business Team in Poland, we are looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator (SPC) . The SPC is responsible for processing new and following up on existing orders/quotes and manage requests and inquiries related to spare parts orders and quotes including delivery status, return requests and pricing. The Spare Parts Coordinator is the key contact for customers and internal employees to identify and seek the right parts.
The Spare Parts Coordinator is the key contact for the internal supply chain organization for all matters related to orders/quotes and must be proficient in the skills necessary to identify parts and to provide customers with prompt and reliable answers to their spare part enquiries.
The objective of this role is to provide world class customer service throughout the whole parts request handling process.
Key daily tasks within this role are : Identify sales opportunities for parts Managing customer expectations with regards to parts delivery Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations Update and register customer information Ensure customers’ needs are met quickly and efficiently Follow all parts requests through to their completion Manage spare parts orders starting from quotation up to invoicing Communicate regularly with other individuals/departments within the organization Monitor and follow up on payments

Knowledge of Spare Part processes and warehousing is a plus, but we encourage candidates without experience to apply for the role as well Experience of using a corporate ERP or CRM Systems is preferred Appreciation of commercial service Result orientation, ability to follow through and respect deadlines. Customer face-to-face interaction skills and commercial service skills. Available fulltime Good grammar and communication skills in English and Polish (minimum B1/B2 level). Good command of Hungarian or Ukrainian is a plusInterested?
