In the Onboarding & AML team, we perform this service with high quality and efficiency and a customer-driven attitude. Your key tasks and responsibilities are: Service handling customer card applications in a professional, positive, and effective way Solving administrative tasks according to offered services and business procedures Risk assessment, AML assessment, and ensuring KYCControl and handle ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence) and other relevant AML tasks Customer Service and ensure high quality in the solution for all customer segments LAKA, Partner, SME DK/NO customers To advise and service customers To provide excellent communication and know-how to explain complicated matters. The Profile You speak and write Swedish fluently (minimum C1) and you are fluent in English (B2). Experience in customer/technical support is a plus, but not a must.
