Category strategy development : Collect and analyse market trends, to understand the industry and consumer trends, and competitors’ activity to prepare an expansion strategy (from pricing and product point of view) and develop the product category to generate growth.

            Product management and promotion : Ensure a diverse and competitive product offering that is aligned with the demand (stock diversity and attractive pricing).

You will work closely with marketing teams and products suppliers to expand our offer as well as plan and execute marketing activities.

            Performance monitoring : Track the performance against targets and prepare reports for your manager.

You will highlight the opportunities and threats for improvements in sales, margin and market share.            Relationship management : You are the key point of contact with business partners.

Your goal is to manage relationships with business partners that support you with the product inventory.

             To be successful in this role you should have Previous Experience : Demonstrated experience in a Category Manager role or similar position, preferably within the recharge type products industry.

Effective Communication : Exceptional communication skills are your forte, enabling you to effectively convey ideas, negotiate deals, and maintain strong business relationships.

Sales Acumen : Proven sales experience in recharge type products, showcasing your ability to drive revenue and foster client relationships.

Data Analysis Proficiency : Comfortable with data analysis, you possess the ability to derive valuable insights and make informed decisions to enhance service quality and drive business growth.

Commitment to Service Excellence : Understanding the importance of delivering superior quality service, you consistently strive to exceed client expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Business Relationship Management : Recognizing the significance of nurturing business relations, you prioritize building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Proactive Attitude : With a proactive approach and a problem-solving mindset, you tackle challenges head-on and actively seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Proficiency in Google Workspace : Well-versed in Google Workspace tools, you leverage technology to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and achieve organizational goals.

Comfort with Business Trips : Comfortable with occasional business trips, you embrace the opportunity to engage with clients and stakeholders face-to-face, driving business growth and fostering relationships.

Strong Interpersonal Skills : A people-person at heart, you thrive in social settings, excel in team environments, and maintain open and transparent communication with colleagues and clients alike.

Organizational and Project Management Skills : Possessing strong organizational and project management skills, you effectively prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive initiatives to successful completion.
