Sales & Marketing Manager for Ukrainian market • Set yearly targets for sales and expenses. • Deliver the submitted Gross and Net Sales, and NOP • Provide sales and opex adjustments on monthly basis, protecting the submitted NOP and NS. • Manage marketing budget to align with targets. • See the new opportunity to grow business and examine and eliminate risks in sales and NOP delivery. • Managing team, motivating and developing everyone • Develop brand in the region according to brand strategy with respect to local relevance • Develop, approve, and implement the distribution plan and concept of new stores and renovations. • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with regional goals and guidelines. • Develop and implement the trade-marketing support for all retailers aligned with marketing strategy and commercial negotiations. Provide consistent assistance to all retailers' requests. • Ensure delivering RS according to the targets and ensure necessary ranking across all retailers. • Present the brand to retailers and encourage them to develop it. • Prepare and present the brand review. • Forecast saleable and POSM items ensuring delivery of GS and RS goals and eliminating excess. • Adjust demand plan for saleable items • Develop and execute marketing activities for the brand: consumer events, PR events, digital and other media advertising campaigns. • DCM: ensure high visualization in all online platforms and perfect execution brand chapters. Support in high performance of the brand. • Develop activation plan for launches • Analize competitor environment, find insights. • Price analysis and price setting according to targets and competition. Qualifications • Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian (speaking and writing). • At least 2 years in Marketing (experience is category/product management as added value). • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Experiance in managing the team • Strong analytical skills. Able to prepare sell through and forecasting documents, and make actionable recommendations. • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel. • Experience and track record in cosmetics and/or retail industry a definite advantage.
