- Collaborate with the in-house team to optimize advertising campaigns using advanced data science models and techniques.
- Analyze advertising data (e.g., clicks, impressions, in-view time, conversions) to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Evaluate existing models and provide recommendations for enhancements to optimize conversion rates and other key metrics.
- Develop, test, and implement data models to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in advertising technology, particularly in the area of optimization models.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into overall campaign strategy.

- 4/5 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
- Extensive experience as a Data Scientist in the advertising industry, with a strong focus on conversion optimization.
- Proven experience working with advertising data to build or optimize models for campaign improvement.
- Solid understanding of key advertising metrics such as clicks, impressions, in-view time, and conversion rates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with major platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or other large-scale advertising platforms.
- Experience working with large-scale advertising companies or platforms like Unity, with a focus on optimization models and advertising data.
- Familiarity with machine learning, AI, and advanced statistical methods for model building and optimization.
