Distribution Manager (Kostrzyn - Poznan)


Your Mission


The Distribution Manager's mission is to develop and promote sales through dedicated distributors to meet the National Sales Budget. The key objectives are to ensure budget achievement and continuous improvement of KDI performance. The role involves leading and collaborating with distributor sales teams to achieve targets, and informing management about results and market conditions.


What You Will Do



  • Support and coach sales representatives in the field, conduct reviews, and report to management.

  • Train and develop the sales team based on performance results.

  • Review activities and objectives regularly, and conduct quarterly business reviews with distributors.

  • Implement distributor scorecards, define strategies, and develop action plans to achieve quarterly results.


Prioritization & Target Setting



  • Coordinate selling activities, including prospecting, demonstrations, seminars, and application ideas, in collaboration with marketing and technical teams.

  • Prepare and structure promotions to achieve sales targets.

  • Review sales and KDI performance monthly, approve and assist with planning, and conduct one-on-one meetings.

  • Manage customer payments, monthly orders, and forecasts.

  • Ensure CRM/SFA data capture, develop sales strategies per customer segment, and coordinate new product launches.


Process & Digitalization



  • Monitor sales processes, CRM, and dashboards.

  • Prepare and analyze reports, visualize successes and issues, and plan weekly actions.


Customer & Competition Environment



  • Manage key customers and prospects, gather market intelligence, and monitor competitor activities.


Collaboration with Departments



  • Coordinate with marketing, technical, and sales support teams to meet area goals.
