The Role:
As a

B2 B Digital Marketing Specialist

you will join the

Marketing&Creative team

to help us create, execute and optimize paid campaigns. But that’s not all! We have many other marketing activities you can join in support of Tooploox’s brand promotion.

What You Will Do:

Take care of our website performance and manage necessary changes
Work closely with the sales, marketing & competence teams to understand the company's overall growth strategy across the company
Proactively run the company’s social media accounts in English
Set up paid campaigns and optimize them for best ROI results using a build-measure-learn mentality
Analyze data from Google Analytics and find actionable conclusions
Showcase our work and technology expertise to gain attention and attract new clients
Experiment with new marketing trends to find valuable opportunities for organic, viral, and paid customer acquisition.

What experience and skills we’re looking for:

2+ years of experience, at least 1 working directly in sales marketing (B2 B) in a software house or a fast-growing IT company
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Experience in inbound lead generation and understanding the difference between MQL and SQL
Experience in the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns
Practical experience with setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Linked In platforms
Practical experience with managing social media accounts
Practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4
Analytical expertise in navigating & analyzing data from various sources in order to test hypotheses and draw conclusions
Experience with Hubspot and Word Press
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Understanding and feeling good about the dynamics of the IT environment and its people

It would be great if you also have:
Knowledge of American culture, environment, and communication style
Experience with marketing automation campaigns and understanding what drives user engagement
Understanding of the startup ecosystem and how it grows
Passion for AI (especially Generative AI) technology trends
Basic knowledge of HTML
