We're looking for an Agronomist / Customer Success Manager with strong agronomic and agrochemical expertise who can help clients implement precision agriculture technologies and interpret results using data.
What You'll Do Join customer calls with the sales team and provide agronomic expertise.
Advise clients on soil fertility, fertilizer strategies, and seeding rates.
Manage precision agriculture projects — analyze fields, cluster them, and develop testing strategies.
Create and adjust productivity zones and variable-rate maps (VRA/VRT) .
Analyze and interpret yield and soil data to assess technology impact.
Collaborate with the GIS and ML teams to validate agronomic layers and recommendations.
Prepare and present reports showing the results of variable-rate applications.
Represent One Soil at conferences, webinars, and client events.
You're a Great Fit If You Remote Sensing & Spatial Data Experience working with remote sensing data and a strong understanding of vegetation indices (NDVI, EVI) and their practical interpretation.
Confident in handling various spatial datasets for precision agriculture, including soil chemistry, soil scanner, and machinery data.
Basic knowledge of GIS tools (QGIS, Arc GIS, or similar).
Precision Agriculture Technologies Understanding of onboard computer systems ( John Deere, Trimble, CNH, Raven , etc.).
Hands-on experience with loading prescription maps , managing AB lines , exporting and converting machinery data, and interpreting the results.
Experience developing and implementing VRA/VRT maps and analyzing outcomes.
Proven track record in managing precision agriculture implementation projects .
Agronomy & Agrochemistry Deep understanding of crop physiology, soil science, and agrochemistry .
Experience in interpreting and analyzing soil test data and agrochemical survey results.
Analytics & Data Interpretation Understanding of statistics and data analysis principles for interpreting field trial results.
Ability to draw insights and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Languages English (upper intermediate +)Ukrainian, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Nice to Have Previous work in agricultural R&D, digital farming, or agronomic consulting .
Knowledge of regional agricultural practices (Europe, USA or CIS countries).
