About the Role
Carnivore Style is seeking a dependable Appointment Scheduler to help manage client appointments and support our sales and operations team. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments
Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions
Coordinate calendars for the sales and management team
Assist with lead research and preparation for meetings
Support general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with scheduling tools, Google Workspace, or willingness to learn
Reliable internet connection and home workstation
Prior experience in appointment scheduling or virtual assistance is a plus
