MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
Cash Application Specialist (AR)

We will count on you to:
Coordinate cash allocation process
Issue invoices
Report and resolve any discrepancies in invoices
Reconcile broker’s remuneration with insurers
Handle orders/transactions according to internal company standards (procedures, regulations)
Perform month-end closing activities
Verify the correctness of financial documents
Maintain long-term business relationships with our stakeholders
Prepare ad hoc, daily, or monthly reports and forecasts for various purposes
Improve the process using previous experience and gained knowledge
What you need to have:
1+ year of work experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of English
Working knowledge of Excel
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
Very strong ownership and responsibility for the assigned activities
Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
What makes you stand out:
Previous experience in SSC/BPO company
University degree (finance/economics)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Client-focus and proactive approach
Knowledge of an additional language (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Romanian, Italian, Portuguese, Greek)
