As the BPA Manager, you’ll drive process transformation, automation, and operational excellence across the region, leading a talented team of Business Analysts and Developers to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with strategic priorities.**Key Responsibilities:****Leadership & Team Management*** Lead and mentor Business Analysts and Developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business priorities.* Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.**Process Analysis & Automation*** Analyse and redesign data-driven business processes using mapping methods (e.g., Makigami, value stream mapping).* Identify, prioritise, and implement automation opportunities based on ROI and scalability.* Oversee creation of PDDs and automation workflows, leveraging RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, and low-code tools.**Technology & Data Expertise*** Apply strong data skills (SQL, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric) for process insights and performance tracking.* Manage integrations with SAP S/4 HANA, EDI, and other systems.* Stay ahead of AI and machine learning applications in automation.* Support system architecture and technical translation of business needs.**Governance & Stakeholder Engagement*** Drive standardisation and enforce process governance across regions and functions.* Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment of process improvements with strategic objectives.* Champion change management and adoption of digital solutions.**Performance & Insights*** Define and monitor KPIs to track process efficiency and BPA team success.* Stay informed on technology and market trends to enhance the BPA Centre of Excellence.**About You:****Qualifications & Experience*** Proven leadership experience in business process management, automation, or operational excellence.* Strong knowledge of process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma principles, and automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms).* Hands-on coding and scripting experience (e.g., Python, Java Script, SQL, VBA) to prototype and support automation solutions.* Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and workflow automation.* Experience with API integration, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and enterprise systems (SAP S/4 HANA, EDI, etc.).* Solid background in data analytics and visualisation; able to design, query, and optimise data models.* Familiarity with AI/ML applications in process automation and predictive analytics.* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).* Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.* Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an engineering background strongly preferred.
