As an Engineering Manager, you must meet the following criteria:
At least 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Manager, or similar role — ideally in Computer Networks on DC/telecom infrastructure domains
Hands‑on experience in a technical field (you won’t be coding, but you need to understand what’s under the hood)
Solid understanding of Server/Networking infrastructure, Clouds, CI/CD, and Linux
Familiarity with computer network concepts
Experience with automation tools and frameworks (QA, deployments)
Proven ability to manage teams: guiding career growth, conducting performance reviews, resolving conflicts, and facilitating meetings
Strong English communication skills (C1+ level)
Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate:

The project and the team
As our business grows, we need a skilled Engineering Manager to guide teams in delivering top‑notch solutions to our clients. You’ll work on various software development and automation projects within the networking and data centre infrastructure domain, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers.
Things to know about our projects:
We keep our project teams small (up to 12 people)
We use Agile methodologies whenever possible
We generally work hybrid or fully remote during standard hours, with occasional calls (6 pm–8 pm) based on client needs
Our clients are mostly startups, scale‑ups, or enterprises from Silicon Valley
