Dynamics 365 Developer (with Copilot Studio/AI Agents)
We are looking for a
Dynamics 365 Developer
with hands-on experience in
Copilot Studio
and AI agent development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, cross-functional team delivering cutting-edge, AI-enhanced business solutions.
You will design, build, and deploy intelligent tools within the
Dynamics 365 ecosystem , empowering both customers and internal users through automation, conversational interfaces, and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Build custom Dynamics 365 Sales & Service solutions using plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and Power Automate.
Develop, train, and deploy AI-powered copilots and virtual agents using Copilot Studio.
Create intelligent agents for customer service, sales guidance, and advanced data queries.
Copilot Studio & AI Integration
Architect end-to-end Copilot Studio solutions integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data.
Extend Copilot capabilities using Azure Bot Framework, Azure AI, and custom APIs.
Design NLP models, adaptive card flows, and trigger-based logic for optimal user engagement.
System Optimization & Deployment
Enhance existing D365 solutions with predictive analytics and AI automation.
Integrate Copilot agents with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 tools.
Run testing, manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, and ensure production readiness.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define AI-enhanced business processes.
Act as an internal advisor on Copilot Studio features and best practices for custom AI development.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (Sales/Service modules).
1+ years of experience building solutions in Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
Proven background in building custom AI agents with tools like Azure Bot Framework, Open AI, LUIS, Qn A Maker.
Technical Stack:
Dynamics 365 SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Web Resources, Dataverse
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
Copilot Studio: Topics, Variables, Adaptive Cards, Bot Framework integration
Languages: C#, Java Script,. NET, REST APIs
Tools: Azure Dev Ops, Git, Visual Studio, D365 Admin Center
Nice to Have:
Microsoft Certifications (PL-400, MB-335, AI-102)
Experience with Customer Insights, Sales Insights, or Service Insights
Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and ethical AI practices
