The team you will be a part of:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides services for Nokia's workforce and business-to-business domains. Our diverse global team maintains over a dozen IAM-related services in legacy on-premises and modern cloud landscapes. Nokia IAM is currently focused on renewing services to leverage cloud platform capabilities.
We are seeking an experienced Net IQ Senior IDM Engineer to join our service and build team to drive service initiatives, solve critical problems, and provide senior level SME support. The preferred candidate will have a background with the Net IQ IDM product suite. Senior IDM Engineers most often interface with the Service Owner & Management, IDM Architects, IDM Developers, and surrounding subject matter experts.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of the team, you will:
- Lead and be accountable for assigned project or service initiatives
- Provide SME consulting, engineering, and development support for IDM services
- Assist third tier support to resolve and find root causes for critical IDM service problems
- Maintain IDM service documentation, proactively manage service risks, and participate in service improvement initiatives
- Participate in service planning
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Proven experience with Net IQ IAM software
- IT experience and solid background
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or electronics and communication
- Strong understanding and experience with Net IQ Identity Manager Engine, Drivers, Remote Loader, i Manager, e Directory, User App, Workflows, Policies, Drivers (User app, AD, Role and Resource, etc.)
- High proficiency with Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scripting
- Incident, problem, and service request ticketing experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent verbal and written English language communication skills
Preferred candidates will also have:
- Experience with Identity and Access Management services or projects
- Bash, Python, PHP, Java, and/or database experience
- Demonstrable experience with requirements management and concept creation
- Experience working with ITIL service management processes and documentation
- GCP and AAD/Azure experience
