Responsibilities
Facilitate review of new hardware coming to the portfolio.
Inventory and track physical IT components.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security Operations Center for assignments and security of hardware.
Support M&A projects from a Hardware Asset Management perspective.
Create and update documentation; actively build knowledge base.
Propose and implement process improvements and automation.
Automate operational tasks (preparing requirements or developing if you possess the skills).
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across multiple divisions and reporting levels.
Develop and conduct training for department staff to maintain inventory.
Establish metrics and reporting for asset compliance.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience within IT, preferably in Hardware Asset Management or IT Asset Management.
Understanding of ITIL practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical approach and good problem‑solving skills.
Ability to implement processes and improve operational stability.
Experience with Service Now, Flexera, IT Master Data tools is a plus.
Certification in Hardware Asset Management is a plus.
