Senior Node JS Developer for a fintech project

Responsibilities
You will build large-scale back‑end services to support millions of active users in a distributed environment.
You will build integrations with different payment providers.
You will develop workflows for background jobs processing.
You will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
You will take care of application performance and scalability.
Requirements
4+ years of experience with Node.js
Experience with JS web frameworks (e.g., Express, Fastify)
Experience with JS test frameworks for unit/integration tests (e.g., Jest, Cypress)
Experience with microservice architecture
Experience with REST API
Experience with Queues/Message Brokers (Kafka, AWS SQS, etc.)
Knowledge of common design patterns, SOLID principles, etc.
Knowledge of No SQL/SQL databases (e.g., Dynamo DB/Postgre SQL)
Able to write, speak and understand English comfortably (ideally at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher)
A team player with good collaboration and communication skills
Nice-to-have requirements
Experience with g RPC, Cassandra DB/Scylla DB
Experience with Temporal
Experience with cloud providers (AWS or GCP)
Experience in the Fintech industry or implementing and integrating Payment systems
