We are seeking an Advanced Solutions Architect (SARCH) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in software development, with a focus on. NET.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Designing and communicating system architecture.
Analyzing available systems and eliciting needs and requirements.
Translating business, user, and technical needs into architectures.
Guiding implementation teams to ensure alignment with the architectural vision.
Setting standards for design, development, quality, and testing.
Identifying options for potential solutions and contributing to system design and testing.
Preparing system documentation and presentations.
Leading development teams and processes.
Optimizing systems from a performance, security, and quality perspective.
Estimating and sizing software development work.
Required Qualifications
Education: A master’s level degree is mandatory.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT.
Minimum of 5 years of project experience in a similar role.
Certifications: At least two certifications are required, including:
A master-level certificate in a relevant software development domain or in architecting software solutions (e.g., TOGAF Certified).
A Certified UML Professional certificate at a foundation level.
An equivalent internationally recognized certification.
Skills & Knowledge:
Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns, cloud platforms, networking, databases, APIs, and integration methods.
Expertise in systems architecting and designing enterprise-level software systems.
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements while balancing feasibility, cost, and compliance.
Knowledge of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and zero‑trust models.
Proficiency in systems modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect or Aris Architect.
Expertise in software development methodologies, lifecycles, and artifacts such as RUP, ISO12207, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent technical knowledge of databases, application servers, web servers, and systems security on Microsoft platforms.
Language Skills: You must have at least a B2 level of English proficiency (CEFR).
