- Lead client relationships and coordinate with dealers to deliver top-notch services.

- Build long-term working relationships with multiple functions within the client organization (Purchasing, Facilities Management, General Management etc.), specifiers (Architects and Designers - A&D), marketing and product experts and other relevant partners and distributors as part of a complex sales approach.

You’re a go-getter with a hunter mentality, always on the lookout for new opportunities. Your curiosity drives you, and you’re skilled in understanding and solving client issues. A natural leader, you excel in a collaborative environment, guiding others to success while driving your own achievements.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in consultative sales with a proven record of success.
- A background in New Business Development and working with distribution partners.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills, able to engage at all levels, including C-suite.
- Project management expertise with a knack for storytelling and persuasion.
- Proficient use of IT support tools such as CRM, Outlook calendars, tablets, smartphones and comfortable interaction via webinars, live video applications, virtual meeting tools, business applications.
- A bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
- Experience in selling capital products or services.
- Familiarity with the contract furniture industry.
- Additional language skills.
