Position Overview Murphy Geospatial, a Woolpert Company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinatorto join our dynamic team in Poland.
This position reports to the European HR Director and is responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and candidate-friendly recruitment process.
You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to support end-to-end hiring activities while contributing to the growth of a dynamic, international company.
What You Will Do: Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and on-site and candidate communications.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS – Bamboo HR/Greenhouse), ensuring accurate records and smooth workflows.
Post and manage job adverts across internal and external platforms (e.g., Bamboo HR, Linked In).
Support sourcing efforts, including CV screening, candidate outreach, and talent pipelining.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to deliver an efficient recruitment process and prepare interview materials (e.g., packs, templates).
Provide candidates with timely updates, guidance, and support throughout the interview and onboarding process.
Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment screening where required.
Draft recruitment communications such as job postings, candidate emails, and offer/rejection letters.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including careers page updates, recruitment campaigns, and event representation (e.g., career fairs)Assist with onboarding processes, including issuing contracts, documentation, and system setup, in collaboration with the HR team.
Generate recruitment reports and maintain trackers Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data handling policies.
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams Champion the Murphy Geospatial talent brand by ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
What You Will Bring:1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a similar administrative role.
Comprehensive knowledge of the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Polish/German language skills is an advantage).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Rights to Work in Poland Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices is an advantage.
