Responsibilities Responsible for leading the development of technical solutions in Cyber Security Service and offerings. The Cyber Security Solutions Manager is responsible for working with both Cyber Security Business Development & account/pursuit sales leadership to define security specific solutioning strategy aligned with "Win Strategy". Must have Identity and Access Management knowledge and skills to design solutions that control user access to information within the client environment. Ensure the soundness of an integrated security solution and proper Cyber Security Service Delivery assurance signoff of any/all proposals. Primary point contact to ensure Atos governance process (e.g., Rainbow & Cyber Security Service Governance) is followed & managed pro-actively through the lifecycle of the pursuit/engagement. Engages with the client, identifies cyber security needs/requirements, engages with SMEs and bid team to work on cyber security proposals and collect HL designs, pricing and validate security solution to be proposed. Works with engineers and SMEs in the development of the technical solution or offering, translating business needs into technical requirements, and contributes to the value proposition as well as defining the costing. Develops and delivers to the client well-written and communicated overviews and details of proposed solutions, including development of formal written proposals, Power Point presentations, and related communication media required to communicate the business and technical value of the solution and Atos differentiators. Activities Supports Bid & Proposal solution development including technical design and development of complex proposals for Cyber Security solutions (managed services, System Integration and Consulting). Engages in full lifecycle – from consultancy to architectural definition, to solution implementation; conducts workshops and security assessments to help the client understand security and privacy issues, risks, exposure and vulnerabilities, including architecting secure solutions to address specific requirements. Creates high quality documentation such as presentations, risk assessments, reports and completes metrics and spreadsheets. Develops and delivers quality client presentations (both virtually and in person). Evaluates and recommends future technologies and methodologies that will enhance cyber security services and offerings. Maintains excellent writing skills to clearly communicate technical aspects and deliver reports to clients. Job Requirements At least 10 years Senior Solution Architecture experience on solutions like SOC/XDR, EDR, TI/TIP, VMS, EASM, SOAR, CSIRT, IAM, SASE, CNAPP, CIEM. Several years’ experience in IT security, compliance and risk management, including privacy, controls, and Cloud security solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google, and Hybrid cloud environments). Includes expertise in Cloud Access Security Broker solutions and cloud-based security solutions. Full lifecycle project experience as Security Consultant including design and implementation. Plus: Implementation experience for cybersecurity solutions. Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST; experience advising customers on architectures meeting industry standards such as SSAE18, ISAE3402, SOC1, FISMA, etc. Client facing experience at a range of levels.
