As a Senior Cultural and Organizational Development Consultant, you will shape innovative strategies to foster a thriving, engaged workforce and elevate our organizational culture—making an impact that sparks pride and passion company-wide!
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implementing global strategies that cultivate a culture of high engagement, accountability, creativity, and collaboration.
- Partnering with the Corporate HR Culture & Organizational Development Lead, building strong relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve our culture aspirations.
- Providing guidance, hands-on support, and offering concrete tools and methodologies to ensure changes are thoughtfully managed and effectively adopted.
- Developing and recommending programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Implement and facilitate tailored change and team development activities, providing leaders and employees with the tools and support they need to successfully grow.
- Collaborating with the People Analytics team to incorporate valuable employee insights, track engagement.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree in HR Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within an international setting.
- Strong background in implementing cultural transformations and driving high engagement and accountability.
- Extensive experience in designing and executing effective change management initiatives, demonstrating a strategic mindset.
- A successful track record in creating and facilitating end-to-end activations that resonate with diverse teams and deliver measurable results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and facilitate discussions among diverse groups.
- Resilience in navigating challenges and frustrations with ease, maintaining focus on goals and outcomes.
- A background in coaching or relevant coaching experience is highly beneficial.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English.
