Sr Database Developer (SQL)

We have an opportunity for a Sr Database Developer (SQL) to join us at Honeywell in Gdansk, PL . This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

You will drive the development of software that meets the needs of customers by refining/reviewing requirements, architecting and designing a software solution, planning and estimating development work, implementing the software solution, assisting with or writing test plans and documentation, and maintaining the solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design, develop, and maintain database systems to meet business requirements
2. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements
4. Create feasibility studies and high level estimations
5. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues

MUST HAVE:

1. 5+ years of experience in database development and optimization
2. Excellent T-SQL programming skills
3. Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server database
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
5. Ability to analyze and optimize database performance
