About the Role
As a
Java Fullstack Architect/Tech Lead , you’ll drive the design and development of scalable low/no-code solutions, enabling safe and efficient developer forking flows. You’ll lead a skilled team, provide technical direction, and collaborate across functions to turn complex business needs into high‑quality, maintainable systems.
What You Will Do
Lead the architecture and development of low/no-code solutions to support safe and isolated developer forking flows;
Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement;
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions;
Ensure high‑quality code through design reviews, code reviews, and adherence to best practices;
Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation;
Champion innovation and technical excellence while balancing delivery timelines and business goals.
Must Haves
8+ years of professional software development experience, with deep expertise in
Java
and
Spring ;
3+ years of leadership experience (Tech Lead, Architect, or similar);
Experience with responsive web applications using
Java Script ,
Type Script ,
React JS , or similar;
Strong knowledge of architectural principles, system design, and distributed systems;
Experience designing secure, multi‑tenant, and scalable Saa S solutions;
Familiarity with
microservices, event‑driven architectures, and domain‑driven design ;
Hands‑on experience with modern Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms);
Excellent
communication and documentation skills , able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders;
Proven ability to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a
fast‑paced environment with clear delivery goals ;
Upper‑Intermediate English level.
Nice to Haves
Experience with
low‑code / no‑code platforms
or workflow automation tools;
Knowledge of
frontend state management
(Redux, Context API, etc.) and UI/UX considerations.
