Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications for automotive systems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Oversee code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and mentoring team members.
4. Implement and manage microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments.
6. Visit the Katowice office from time to time to collaborate with the team and customer in person.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in Java development including frameworks like Java EE and Springboot.
3. Strong expertise in AWS services and solutions, with hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
4. Proficiency with streaming services and real-time data processing, particularly Kafka.
5. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
