Responsibilities
Monitoring, maintenance, and repair of the paint line, machines, and equipment used in the paint shop, in accordance with the scheduled maintenance plan.
Ensuring uninterrupted and fault-free operation of the paint line by maintaining appropriate technological parameters and responding promptly to any irregularities.
Continuous improvement of paint line control processes, including the implementation of enhancements to increase efficiency and quality.
Managing and updating technical documentation related to assigned tooling and production equipment.
Designing and fabricating small tools and constructions to support production needs, based on current operational requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Technical education (preferred fields: mechanics, automation, mechatronics).
Familiarity with automation, electrical systems, and pneumatics is a plus.
Fluent in Polish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to work in a shift system.
Ability to work under pressure and a strong team-oriented mindset.
