Sales Funnel Conversion Specialist (AI-First)
Remote | Performance-Based Role
Role Overview
The Sales Funnel Conversion Specialist is a high-performance, AI-first operator responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling high-converting funnels across the company’s ecosystem of brands.
This is not a passive marketing role.
This role exists to maximize conversions, increase revenue per visitor, and continuously improve performance metrics across every digital touchpoint.
You are outcomes-focused, autonomous, highly analytical, and obsessed with performance metrics.
You will work directly with leadership and brand owners to implement, test, and scale funnels that convert traffic into revenue.
Core Responsibilities
Funnel Architecture & Build (Go High Level)
Architect, build, and deploy full-funnel ecosystems inside Go High Level (GHL) including landing pages, sales pages, webinar funnels, VSL funnels, product funnels, membership funnels, and upsell/downsell flows.
Configure pipelines, automations, triggers, email/SMS sequences, and checkout flows.
Ensure seamless integrations with CRM, payment gateways, and tracking systems, and QA every funnel end-to-end before traffic is driven.
Conversion Rate Optimization & A/B Testing
Implement ongoing A/B split testing across headlines, CTAs, layouts, creative assets, pricing structures, and copy variations.
Continuously optimize performance based on conversion rate, ROAS, bounce rate, and user behavior data.
Run autonomous testing cycles and produce ongoing performance insights with the goal that every funnel improves month-on-month.
AI-First Funnel Creation & Optimization
Use AI tools to generate high-converting copy, landing pages, ad creative, VSL scripts, email sequences, and offer structures.
Rapidly prototype funnels using AI, then refine through testing and data.
You should be comfortable using modern AI tools for copywriting, creative assets, video generation, and funnel optimization.
Paid Traffic & Retargeting Ecosystems
Design and support retargeting campaigns across major platforms including Meta, Google, You Tube, Tik Tok, and Linked In where relevant.
Ensure correct pixel tracking, event tracking, and audience segmentation while optimizing campaigns for CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
Copywriting & Messaging Optimization
Write and refine landing page copy, sales page messaging, email sequences, webinar scripts, and ad copy.
Maintain strong psychological positioning, clear offer articulation, and high-impact calls-to-action.
All messaging must be conversion-focused and aligned with Western buyer psychology.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years experience building and optimizing sales funnels
Proven experience using Go High Level
Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates and scale revenue
Experience running retargeting campaigns across Meta, Google, or Tik Tok
Strong understanding of digital marketing psychology
Ability to build funnel pages independently
Experience using AI tools for copy, creative, or automation
Strong analytical skills and performance tracking
Excellent written English
Autonomous, efficient, and outcomes-driven
Performance Expectations
Performance is measured through conversion improvements, ROAS, funnel performance metrics, and revenue growth driven by funnel optimization.

Compensation
Base Salary: USD $1,000 per month
Commission (Volume-Based Tier System)
Commission is calculated on net collected revenue per funnel per month. Additional performance accelerators may apply for strong revenue growth and sustained funnel performance.
