Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team to ensure high-quality service delivery
Manage performance, coach team members, and support career growth
Ensure effective work allocation and control mechanisms
Drive transformation and process improvement initiatives
Act as Subject Matter Expert for client-specific processes and systems
Apply best practices and innovative methodologies to improve performance
Stay up to date with technology trends and propose relevant solutions
Use analytical tools to generate insights and recommend improvements
Optimize resource usage and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
Qualifications
Experienced in leading team and managing performance with a focus on service quality
Strong process and system knowledge, acting as Subject Matter Expert in AP/P2 P operations
Skilled in driving process improvements and transformation initiatives using Lean and tech tools
Analytical mindset with ability to draw insights and make data-driven recommendations
Familiar with client system architecture, platforms, and automation technologies
Promotes innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous development of team members
