Our challenges start with managing business flows, handling documents and communication, supporting our lawyers and, in the end, managing compensation payments to our clients. Our ultimate engineering goal is to automate as much as possible.

We offer an opportunity to develop in various functional areas and technologies including Ruby/Rails, Go, Python, Node.js, Postgre SQL, React, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, git, nxinx, Terraform.
What you’ll do:- Build new services and enrich existing ones.
- Write code that is easy to test and manage, scalable, testable, and work reliably in cloud infrastructure.
- Review code of your team members.
- Design a solutions architecture.
- Promote engineering good practices across our organization.
- Actively participate in all stages of the project development life cycle.
- Impact the direction in which product should be developed.

- A couple of years of experience in software engineering.
- Very good knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails (Go, Python, Node.js will be considered a plus).
- Very good knowledge of Java Script and React.
- Good knowledge of relational databases (Postgre SQL preferred).
- Knowledge of modern design patterns and ability to use them in practice.
- Knowledge of the infrastructure your code runs on (AWS preferred).
- Experience in test-driven development.
- High level of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to understand complex business cases and translate to the working software.
