About the Role
Based in Kraków, with a central city office close to the Main Market Square and Kazimierz district. The candidate should be local, as our hardware lab is in the office
B2 B contract (USD hourly rate), flexible working hours, and remote work options available
Work in a collaborative, respectful environment where learning and asking questions is encouraged
Join a team with members in both Kraków and San Diego, gaining exposure to international collaboration
Receive mentorship and guidance as you develop your technical and professional skills
What You'll Do
Contribute to features and solutions across client projects, with support from senior team members
Participate in client meetings, learning how to communicate technical concepts
Build and maintain web applications using modern technologies and best practices
Learn about system integrations and work with different parts of the tech stack
Grow your skills through code reviews, pair programming, and continuous feedback

Requirements
Technical Skills
Good understanding of Java Script/Type Script
Frontend: React
Backend: Nest JS
Understanding of databases (SQL or No SQL)
Git version control basics
Nice to Have
Experience with Next.js, or React Native
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of serverless architecture
Any experience with APIs or system integrations
What We're Looking For
Recent graduates or developers with 0-2 years of professional experience
A portfolio or Git Hub with personal/academic projects demonstrating your skills
Willingness to learn our tech stack (React, Next.js, Nest JS, Type Script)
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work some hours aligned with Pacific Standard Time when needed
