Implementation, maintenance, operation & support of a DMS (document management system) in our application landscape, which is used globally
Central contact person for users in all questions concerning the application (user helpdesk, training and support), incident and problem management during operation
Change request management: recording and supporting the definition of user requirements from the specialist departments, including their implementation in the system, implementation and adaptation of workflows
Version/release planning together with the software supplier/manufacturer, including upgrade and patch management
Knowledge of system architectures & integration (knowledge of APIs, cloud and on-premise architectures is an advantage), IT security and stability
Participation in the further development of the system with regard to automated processes, AI-supported document analysis and much more
Stakeholder management (IT, business areas, suppliers)
Completed vocational training or studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of application management (application life cycle, monitoring, ticket management, monitoring of availability and performance, SLAs)
Knowledge of automation, including Python, Power Shell, Linux scripting, Ansible and basic database knowledge (SQL, PL-SQL)
Initial experience in the cloud environment (Azure, Azure Dev Ops) as well as certificate and API management is an advantage
High degree of self-organization and responsibility, ability to work in a team, cross-functional cooperation on an international level
Good written and spoken English and/or German skills
Initial experience in working on projects are desirable
