Position Overview
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join the team responsible for Netwrix Directory Manager (NDM) – a key part of our identity governance and administration (IGA) portfolio.
This role will focus on contributing to the modernization and evolution of NDM toward a cloud‑native, multi‑tenant Saa S architecture built on Azure services. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, architects, and product managers to design, develop, and enhance scalable, secure, and reliable identity solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys learning, solving complex problems, and collaborating in a global, high‑impact environment. This is a hybrid role with 3 days weekly in our Kraków office.
Key Responsibilities
Professional experience developing software applications or services.
Solid understanding of core software development concepts and design principles.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
Fundamental knowledge of databases and data structures.
Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills with good communication in English.
Qualifications & Experience
Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with APIs, distributed systems, or event‑driven design.
Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing.
Interest in modern Dev Ops or infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
Preferred
Experience with identity or access management (IAM/IGA) systems.
Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, or message streaming (e.g., Event Hub, Kafka, Rabbit MQ).
Enthusiasm for AI‑assisted development or automation tools.
Work on a high‑visibility product serving enterprise customers worldwide.
