Job Description
Role – Landscape Planner
Location – London
Salary – £38 - £42 K DOE

Our client is on the lookout for a Landscape Planner to lead landscape and visual assessments across an exciting mix of projects, from renewable energy to residential and commercial developments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading landscape planning projects across commercial, infrastructure, and energy sectors
Conducting landscape/townscape and visual impact assessments
Providing strategic insights and design advice
Managing projects, teams, and client relationships
Getting hands-on with every stage of the planning process
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Growing your skills through ongoing training and development
REQUIREMENTS
A degree in Landscape Architecture
CMLI status (or on your way there!)
Experience with landscape/townscape/visual appraisals & assessments
Strong understanding of the UK planning system
Hands-on experience with Autodesk, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A full UK driving licence
