Senior Java Developer for Io T Solutions

Samsung R&D Institute Poland is looking for a Java Backend Developer for the team working on Smart Things Pro and EHS projects, focusing on building Io T solution development. If you would like to work on innovative solutions from ideation through proof of concept to the commercialization phase, come and join us.

Responsibilities:

• Development of backend commercial solutions and Po C in the Io T area
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of software engineering best practices
• Support the full software development lifecycle of backend solutions
• Participate in international meetings and workshops
• Research innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Java/Spring developer
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Microservice Architecture
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Very good knowledge of Spring, REST API, SQL
• Knowledge of the Linux environment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to write clean and high-quality code
• B. Sc. or M. Sc. degree in computer science, telecommunication, or other STEM fields
• Good English and Polish communication skills
