Following the principle of KISS and YAGNIGood understanding of the need to create tests (both integration and unit)Knowledge of clean code architecture Good sense of code maintenance and best practices of programming Version control in Git High independence Understands the importance of software business continuity. Understanding the concepts of HA, DRP and Fail Over.
