As a Senior Java Developer , you will work for our Client , a leading player in the media and entertainment industry. The company is focused on delivering innovative digital solutions and exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that drive the digital ecosystem of the organization. This includes working on high-performance applications, building scalable microservices, and contributing to the development of state-of-the-art platforms. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of the systems in a dynamic Agile environment.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Java
2. Implement design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, and Observer
3. Build microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
4. Work with databases, including SQL and No SQL (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, Redis)
5. Utilize Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and My Batis
6. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins and Git Lab CI
7. Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit and Mockito
8. Collaborate in a Scrum team and use tools such as Jira and Confluence
9. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker
10. Adhere to best practices in web application security (e.g., OWASP principles)

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Java development (Java 8–19)
2. Proficiency in Spring frameworks and ORM technologies
3. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful services
4. Experience with SQL and No SQL databases
5. Familiarity with message queues like Kafka
6. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
7. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles (polymorphism, inheritance, encapsulation)
8. Experience in a Scrum team and Agile methodologies
9. Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and tools for automation
10. Analytical and problem-solving skills to design robust solutions
