• Responsibility for the end-to-end, 360 recruitment life cycle
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
• Identifying opportunities and converting them into commercial wins
• Market and talent mapping
• Attending key industry networking events to increase market presence and develop relationships
• Assisting in mentoring other staff members as required
• A great sense of enthusiasm and positivity
