For our client who provides modern digital solutions and builds scalable, secure and experience-oriented systems in the area of automotive, commercial, distribution, telecommunications and public sectors, we are looking for Senior Dev Ops Engineer!

Frequently used technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP, Jenkins, Git, Helm, Alibaba, Java, Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the technical foundation for services on Iaa S providers with development teams.
• Optimize architecture, resources, and delivery.
• Continuously optimize the toolset for reliable and efficient operations, including monitoring, diagnostics, and CI/CD infrastructure.
• Perform system updates and configurations regularly and off-cycle.
• Identify tasks and workflows for automation to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Apply best practices and innovative approaches in the Dev Ops/SRE domain.
• Provide daily support for service outages and major incidents, rotating with team members to cover EU business hours and on-call support (after the induction period, if the employee agrees)
• Investigate incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and implement preventive measures and system improvements.
• Analyze recurring incidents to prevent future failures and assist development teams.

Job Requirements:

• Expert knowledge in monitoring and logging Kubernetes clusters (on-premise and/or in public clouds).
• Proficient in using monitoring and logging systems, particularly Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Sentry, and Pager Duty.
• Strong understanding of the Git version control system.
• Solid knowledge of Helm.
• Experience with CI/CD, preferably using Jenkins.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Golang.
• Min. 3 years' experience in the application of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have: Working experience with SCRUM, SAP, Postgres, My SQL, Cloud Foundry.
