We are currently looking for a Senior QA Tester to collaborate with one of our clients, a cloud-based retail management platform.

This position is a hybrid working model in Wrocław, with options to work 4 days in the office/ 1 day remotely or 3 days in the office/ 2 days remotely.

In this position, you will:

• conduct comprehensive testing (manual and automated) for Android and i Pad OS applications and merchant dashboards
• perform regression testing to ensure new updates do not compromise existing functionality
• develop, document, and execute test cases and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications
• identify, log, and track bugs and issues using tools like Jira and Git Lab, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
• collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and develop a testing strategy
• create new test cases and scenarios based on software specifications and user stories
• initiate and maintain automated testing processes to enhance efficiency and coverage
• participate in software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, ensuring quality is built into the product from the early stages
• provide detailed and constructive feedback on software usability and functionality

• proven experience as a quality assurance tester or in a similar role, preferably with experience in testing mobile applications (Android and i Pad OS) and web-based dashboards
• strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
• knowledge of testing tools and frameworks, such as Jira and Git Lab
• experience in creating, managing, and executing manual and automated test cases
• knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• excellent communication and teamwork skills
• ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• experience with Agile methodology and ability to work in an iterative development cycle
• advanced verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• experience with CI/CD tools and processes
• knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Java Script for automation purposes
• experience in performance and load testing
• verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
