Role Overview We are looking for an Automation Developer - RPA to design, implement and optimize robotic process automation solutions that streamline internal operations and improve efficiency across Planet. This role is pivotal in automating manual tasks through the use of RPA tools (such as Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate), scripting languages (Python, Java, or Java Script), and SQL-based data management. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, build and maintain bots and workflows, and ensure seamless system performance. What You Will Do Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to replace repetitive manual tasks. Build and maintain RPA bots and workflow automations. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and technical requirements. Write efficient and scalable code using Python, Java, or Java Script. Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data management. Integrate automation with APIs and third-party systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA workflows and system integrations. Document automation processes and technical implementations. Who You Are Solid experience with RPA platforms such as Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate. Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or Java Script. Strong command of SQL, with experience in complex queries and performance optimization. Experience with relational databases such as My SQL, Postgre SQL, SQL Server, or Oracle. Understanding of system integration, API usage, and data workflows. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of MS Power Platform, especially Power Apps or Power BI. Exposure to enterprise business systems (e.g. ERP, CRM).
