For one of our Clients, A global company providing technology solutions for the automotive, insurance, and repair industries. It specializes in systems for vehicle damage assessment, claims management, and data analysis, we are currently looking for: Billing Supervisor.
Job Description
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
Report revenue and track key performance indicators
Ensure billing accuracy
Manage team resources
Lead the implementation of new solutions and systems
Collaborate with other teams (finance, R2 R, IT, financial systems, AP, etc.)
Assist with monthly closing process
Analyze and resolve billing, reporting and process issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
Maintain productive coaching
Collaborate with HR and interview candidates
Assist Billing Manager with special projects
Expectations
Several years of experience in finance, including 2-3 years in a supervisory position
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written
Proficiency in invoicing rules, procedures and regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with ERP systems is preferred
