- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in RPA within the Finance domain for a Company in Life Sciences space. You will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing finance processes to be automated using RPA solutions. BA will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to support the organization's digital transformation initiatives and drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

responsibilities :
- Collaborate with finance teams to identify opportunities for automation in processes such as accounts payable, receivables, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation of business requirements for RPA solutions
- Ensure finance processes comply with industry regulations (e.g., Gx P, SOX, GDPR) and corporate policies
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of RPA solutions, recommending improvements and scaling opportunities
- Liaise with stakeholders from finance, compliance, IT, and external vendors to ensure collaboration on automation projects
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership on the progress of automation initiatives and their financial impact
- Facilitate trainings to ensure smooth adoption of RPA technologies within the organization
requirements-expected :
- BA degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
- Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) is a plus
- 8+ Yo E as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Finance projects
- 4+ Yo E working with RPA tools such as Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, or others
- Understanding of financial compliance and regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and healthcare/pharma-specific regulations
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
- Experience working in an Agile environment, using tools like Jira and Service Now
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- English: min. B2 level
