Your responsibilities would include:owning the Customer Ledger and is responsible for keeping it clean and clear and meeting collection targetsacting as a Business Partner to Operating Companies (Op Cos) (e.g.
Cash/ Pre Legal Collectors, Sales, Customer Service,) in order to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collectionsworking collaboratively with other HGSS teams to ensure effective delivery of collection processes and that standards are being followedmanaging customer accounts and ensure a high level of service is provided at all timesidentifying held orders and taking appropriate actions to resolve them in accordance with credit policyeffectively collaborating and communicating with the team in achieving team goalsparticipating in meetings with Op Co stakeholders and providing updates on the collection progresssupporting and contribute to the delivery and implementation of continuous improvement projects in collaboration with Op Co, HGSS and in line with HEINEKEN's standardsregularly updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of collections opportunities and issuesdriving own personal development in Finance specific skills and business knowledge of implementing his/her development planensuring process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggesting any improvements as appropriatemaintaing complete and up to date process documentation.
You are a good candidate if you have: English - B2 or betterexperience related to Order to Cash/Customer Service areastrong communication and problem solving skillsexperience with SAP and Excel systemsability to deal with resistanceunderstanding of end2end Order to Cash processexperience in multi-national environment (incl.
Shared Services Centres)At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
