Your tasks and responsibilities
Support the annual compensation and benefits review cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor and support initiatives related to pay equity and compliance with pay transparency directives.
Assist in the development and implementation of job family architecture projects.
Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with HR and management to analyze and improve employee benefits programs.
Provide analytical support for compensation-related data and reporting.
Participate in the design and communication of compensation and benefits policies.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in financial services or asset management.
Intermediate proficiency in compensation analysis and benefits administration.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting compensation and benefits.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
