We are looking for an experienced
Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
to join our project, one of the most critical internal products in EPAM. The project will be based on the MS Dynamics 365 cloud platform and closely related to the sales module.
This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a global team and develop tailored CLM solutions from scratch.
Responsibilities
Act as a Functional Consultant to design, configure, and enhance the Dynamics 365 CRM solution
Ensure the successful delivery of CRM functionalities tailored to business needs
Analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM configurations and customizations
Conduct user training and create functional documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, data integration, and workflows
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver/improve system monitoring solutions
Resolve complex and high-priority user issues within the CLM system
Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with external systems
Balance consulting responsibilities with reactive support needs
Collaborate effectively across global teams to meet project goals and deadlines
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
Hands‑on experience with CRM customizations, integrations, and migrations
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Familiarity with Power BI for analytics and reporting
Basic knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive and adaptable to handle both consulting and support responsibilities
Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
Nice to have
Knowledge of sales and customer service processes
