You will play a vital role in driving project success by collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning project deliverables with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a wealth of experience in project management and excels in stakeholder engagement and risk management.
Main Responsibilities:
- The core responsibility of the Senior PMO Officer is to lead project coordination across various domains, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead and coordinate projects associated with hosting and identity/access management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and gather requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies.
- Allocate and coordinate project resources to support objectives.
- Monitor project performance and present updates to senior management.
- Implement process improvements and best practices for enhanced project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and security standards.
Key Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in project management.
- IAM, costplace, digital workplace, project management - level expert.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in risk management and resource allocation.
- Ability to analyze performance data and prepare reports.
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards in project management.
- Experience with digital workplace and identity access management.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
