At emagine, we are seeking a dedicated Senior PMO Officer to oversee projects related to hosting, workplace, and identity and access management. You will play a vital role in driving project success by collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning project deliverables with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a wealth of experience in project management and excels in stakeholder engagement and risk management.



The core responsibility of the Senior PMO Officer is to lead project coordination across various domains, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Lead and coordinate projects associated with hosting and identity/access management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and gather requirements.

Allocate and coordinate project resources to support objectives.

Monitor project performance and present updates to senior management.

Implement process improvements and best practices for enhanced project delivery.

7-10 years of experience in project management.

~ IAM, costplace, digital workplace, project management - level expert.

~ Proven track record of successful project delivery.

~ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

~ Expertise in risk management and resource allocation.

~ Ability to analyze performance data and prepare reports.

~ Knowledge of compliance and security standards in project management.
