Project duration:  At emagine, we are actively seeking experienced freelance IT consultants for the role of Senior Manual Tester. The ideal candidate will excel in reviewing business and technical requirements, conducting extensive testing, and enhancing test coverage through automation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality assurance are essential to thrive in this position.



The primary responsibility is to ensure comprehensive testing of functional requirements through meticulous planning and execution.

Review business and technical requirements to identify test approaches.

Design and execute tests, reporting results including defects using q Test and JIRA.

Increase test coverage through automation practices utilizing Git, Jenkins, and Report Portal.

Proactively engage in improving processes for QA activities.

Collaborate with delivery teams to support ongoing project tasks.

Communicate effectively to drive automation focus among team members.



Proficient knowledge of Hadoop and experience with SQL queries.

~ Understanding of the Banking and Cards domain; Fluent communication skills in English.
