Your New Role…
In this role, you will support Warner Bros. Discovery Worldwide Television Distribution by preparing licensing documents, ensuring accurate data entry into the order‑to‑cash system (COSMOS/SAP), managing rights and clearance checks, and coordinating with global sales offices. You will play a key part in ensuring the timely and compliant processing of content licensing agreements worldwide.

Your Role Accountabilities
Prepare contracts, amendments, schedules, and other legal documents using established templates.
Verify rights and clearances for licensed content (films and TV series), and research prior sales history and deal terms.
Resolve clearance, pricing, or rights issues prior to document distribution.
Analyse licensing agreement criteria for product inclusion, categorisation, and pricing setup in the (COSMOS) system.
Input contract terms and licensed product data into the COSMOS system.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of contractual changes and extension fees.
Support other contract management teams with document preparation and system input.
Track and manage the document lifecycle—from sales order to full execution—and coordinate document distribution.
Maintain accurate records and complete special projects as assigned.
Coordinate and correspond with Sales, Rights, Collections, Finance, and Legal departments regarding contract administration issues.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in contract management, licensing, media operations or similar areas
Proven experience working with large datasets and excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of television distribution or media industry preferred
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word; SAP or ERP experience is a plus
Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to collaborate across global teams and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
#LI-Hybrid Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
